Ghulam Ahmad Trawally
Since 2012, Ghulam is part of the management team of “Future in Salikenni”, first as Head and Teacher of the IT Unit at the nursery school, since 2020 as the Farm Manager of MFC. With his extraordinary communication and networking skills, Ghulam is not only responsible for all on-site operations at MFC, but also significantly involved in the creation of partnerships and collaborations with local and regional stakeholders of agribusiness.

Dr. Dorothea v. Renesse
Chairperson “Zukunft in Salikenni – Gambia e.V.”
Dorothea is a biologist and a lawyer. She holds a PhD in agroforestry. Due to her legal experience, she is responsible for the communication with governmental authorities and institutions. Dorothea is a “visionary” and optimist. She is co-founder and chairperson of “Future in Salikenni”.

Dr. Tomaz Kotnik
General Director
Tomaz is an agricultural engineer and holds a PhD in Organic Agriculture. He has long-standing practical and academic expertise in crop and livestock production (cattle, small ruminants and poultry) and rangeland management. He is committed to the welfare of people, animals and the environment.

Sulayman Touray
Advisor
Sulayman is employee at the Ministry of Agriculture and volunteer consultant of MFC. He is specialized in the analysis of prices and availabilities of local agricultural products in The Gambia. He is a passionate farmer himself. As a citizen of Salikenni he supports MFC wherever he can.
